To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By using these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Gritty-tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content in any form, media, or technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
To ensure professionalism, accountability, proper time management, and uninterrupted learning experiences, the following policy applies to all students, parents, tutors, trainers, and associated users of the platform.
All scheduled sessions/classes must be attended as per the confirmed timetable. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, both students and tutors are required to provide prior notice at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session timing. Cancellation requests made within less than twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session shall be considered late cancellations and will fall under the applicable deduction and compensation policies.
Late Cancellation by Student: If a student cancels a scheduled session within twenty-four (24) hours before the session timing, the session shall be treated as utilized/completed, one class/session credit shall be deducted from the student's active package/subscription, and the corresponding session payout shall be credited to the tutor, as the tutor had reserved and allocated the scheduled time slot.
Student No-Show: If a student fails to join the scheduled session without prior notice or approved communication, the session shall be marked as a "No-Show," treated as utilized, and the corresponding class credit shall be deducted from the student's package. The tutor shall remain eligible for the session payout.
Tutor Waiting Requirement: Tutors are expected to wait for a minimum of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes from the official scheduled session timing. If the student does not join within the waiting period and no prior communication is received, the session may be marked as a valid student no-show.
Late Cancellation by Tutor: If a tutor cancels a scheduled session within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled timing without valid approval, one session/class amount shall be deducted from the tutor's payout/payment cycle and an equivalent session credit shall be added to the student's account as a complimentary/replacement class.
Tutor No-Show: If a tutor fails to conduct the scheduled session without prior approved communication, the session shall be marked as a tutor no-show, the tutor payout for that session shall be deducted, and the student shall receive a complimentary/replacement session credit.
Academic Responsibility: Tutors are expected to maintain punctuality, professionalism, and commitment toward all scheduled sessions to avoid disruption in the student's learning process.
Gritty-tech understands that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances may occasionally arise. Emergency cancellations shall only be considered valid if informed at least three (3) hours before the scheduled session timing. Both students and tutors are permitted a maximum of two (2) emergency cancellations per calendar month without deduction or penalty. Approval of emergency requests shall remain subject to platform review and verification wherever required.
From the third (3rd) emergency cancellation onward within the same calendar month, the following shall apply:
If the Student Cancels: The session shall be deducted from the student's package/subscription and the corresponding tutor payout shall remain applicable and payable.
If the Tutor Cancels: The session payout shall be deducted from the tutor's payment cycle and a complimentary/replacement session credit shall be added to the student profile/account.
Any session deducted due to student-side cancellation/no-show shall be treated as tutor-compensable time and credited accordingly to the tutor payout. Any session deducted due to tutor-side cancellation/no-show shall be compensated to the student through replacement/complementary session credits. All deductions, adjustments, credits, and payouts shall be recorded within the platform system and shall be considered final unless disputed within the officially allowed timeline.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, misuse of emergency requests, attendance negligence, or scheduling misconduct from either party may result in warning notifications, temporary scheduling restrictions, session limitations, account review, or permanent suspension/termination in severe cases. Gritty-tech reserves the full right to review exceptional cases and take the final operational decision wherever necessary for platform discipline and quality maintenance.
This policy is implemented to maintain professionalism and punctuality, respect the committed time of both students and tutors, ensure fair compensation and accountability, minimize last-minute cancellations and operational disruptions, promote smooth and disciplined learning experiences, and maintain high-quality educational standards across the platform.
By enrolling, scheduling, conducting, or attending sessions/classes through Gritty-tech, all students, parents, tutors, trainers, and associated users acknowledge and agree to comply with this Session Cancellation, No-Show & Compensation Policy.
